There is Thai in Glens Falls! It had been years since I'd been able to go to a Thai restaurant before November 2nd when I finally tried this delicious, nutritious, affordable delight in downtown Glens Falls with my son and new friend Beth who herself had never tried Thai before. (She loved it!) I was thrilled to see Bubble tea on the menu! I have a hard time finding Bubble Tea even in New York City! I think I maybe had it once since my initial introduction to it by my Chinese friend Sam in San Francisco. Bubble tea is a treat of not only taste but texture as it contains soft "fuzzy" boba balls made of tapioca and carrageenan powder. Besides the Bubble tea, we each tried a curry for under $13. The portions are generous and we got a choice of rice varieties that included brown, which I especially love, because that's a no crash carb that doesn't leave me feeling wiped out afterwards. I will definitely be visiting Siam Thai Sushi, again.
